The Cultural Affairs Officer of the U.S. Embassy, Raymond Stephens, and the Cultural and Educational Affairs Specialist Ken O. Wakia, visited TARA on 02 February 2012. They met Terry Little and Gloria K. Borona and discussed about TARA’s  community rock art projects and activities and possible areas of collaboration. TARA has  been beneficiary of the U.S. Ambassordars Fund for Cultural Presevation grant to support rock art conservation in Suba, Kakapel and Lokori in Kenya. TARA would like to recognize the U.S Embassy for their commitment to preserve the rock art heritage of Africa.
